Shalom uvrakha. I hope the academic year is going well for you.
Here are a few items of interest to members of the University Network of the Institute for Jewish Ideas and Ideals.
CAMPUS FELLOWS PROGRAM
The Institute sponsors Campus Fellows on campuses throughout the United States and Canada. Campus Fellows receive a modest stipend to arrange several programs per semester. The goal is to create an environment for serious study, open and honest discussion in the spirit of an intellectually vibrant, compassionate and inclusive Orthodox Judaism.
The Campus Fellows Program is coordinated by Raif Melhado, a rabbinical student at Yeshivat Chovevei Torah. Here is the link to Raif's report of Campus Fellows programs during the fall term: http://www.jewishideas.org/events/university-network-events-fall-semester-2012
DO YOU WISH TO BE A CAMPUS FELLOW NEXT FALL?
If you'd be interested in serving as a Campus Fellow, please visit the homepage of our Institute: jewishideas.org On the bottom right, you'll find information about the program as well as an application form. Please feel free to contact [email protected] if you have questions about the Campus Fellows Program.
